During the outbreak, it may take longer than usual for the post office to process your package, and the tracking info may not be updated for a while.

 

Please give the post office more time to transport your package and update your tracking info.

1. What Beleev would do if the item was out of stock.

  • If the products will be restocked within one week, we will pending your entire order until the"sold out" product has been restocked.
  • If the products can not be restocked within one week, we will refund you the "sold out" product and make a shipment for the other items in your order.

2. What about the shipping fee?

For the US customers, the shipping fee is totally free. For the rest of the countries, the shipping fee would be $50 for the scooters and skateboards, $8 for the accessories.

Please understand due to the increase of our shipping cost during these days, you will see a slight price increase.

3. Where would my products shipped from?

All the order would be sent from our US warehouse which takes about 3-10 days, the shipping time depends on the location of destination.

But, some products may be out of stock in our warehouse. (Please note that the package will not spread viruses based on CDC.)

4. What is the shipping time during COVID-19?

For US customers, the shipping time will be 5-7 business days.

For Canada, the shipping time is 7-10 business days.

For Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Australia and the United Kingdom, the shipping time is 10-15 business days.

For other countries, the shipping time is 12-20 business days.

5. Why did I only received part of my order?

We will send the in stock items first if it was in our US warehouse. Please wait patiently for the second package. In the meantime, you can always send an email to support@beleev.com to check the status of your order.
