We are so proud of the quality of our product since we have our own QA, they would check every product and make sure they are perfect when the item(s) is going to be shipped out. Beleev also guarantee against manufacturing faults 1-year from the date the order was placed. It should be free to repair the defective part or replace the item if it is under proper use and warranty.

Exchange
If you want to swap your item to another color or item, please make sure the item is new and unused, also be package in the original carton box with the item use manual.

Defective Product
If you received a defective product, please email us and attach with pictures of the faulty item(s) before making any returns. Delivery charges for return will be reimbursed upon review and approval.
