We are so proud of the quality of our product since we have our own QA; they would check every product and make sure they are perfect when the item(s) are going to be shipped out. Beleev also guarantees against manufacturing faults for 1 year from the date the order was placed. It should be free to repair the defective part or replace the item if it is under proper use and warranty.
