PROCESSING TIMES
We know you want your items ASAP, so we typically ship orders within 3-5 days after the order is placed.
- US / CAN / UK warehouse: Orders are processed 7 days a week, but they can only be shipped out Monday through Friday.
- Hongkong warehouses: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday. Any orders done over Sunday are sent out the following Monday (depending on Holidays).
SHIPPING METHOD
- We normally offer 4PX or UPS for orders from the US.
- For the rest of the countries, we will offer YODEL for UK and 4PX for the rest as our shipping carrier.
